As an editor:

  Peer-review is the key process that ensures the academic quality of a journal. Thus, one of the most important duties for a board member is review up to 6 articles annually. The required deadline for completing the peer-reviewing is 2-4 weeks using the online system.

As an Editor of a journal with Bioinfo Publications, you will oversee:

1. *Please send 2-5+ Associate Editors, 4-5+ Editorial Board Member and 2-10+ Editorial Review Board Members list with Email, Affiliation Address, Phone, Fax
2. *You can freely select the top rank persons form different country / university for the same
3. Recruiting quality research manuscripts and submitting papers to a double-blind peer review process involving a minimum of 3 reviewers
4. Coordinating author revisions and instructing authors to organize final materials per set guidelines
5. Collecting and organizing final materials for each issue and sending electronically to Bioinfo Publications
6. Promoting the journal within your peer network
7. *You have to select minimum 7-10 manuscripts for per issue
8. *You can ask to your Associate editors to collect minimum 7-10+ manuscripts individually for per issue and may be required to occasionally review papers, solicit articles from your colleagues/acquaintances and help promote the journal at conferences and meetings that you attend.
9. Submissions of manuscripts to the journal from Editorial Board Members will receive the some discount on the total publication charges of any BIOINFO journal covered by Bioinfo Publications Journals.

Our Bioinfo Publications development team will work with you throughout the process to provide assistance, suggestions and potential contacts for manuscript and review contributions. You will receive a comprehensive guide to starting a journal upon acceptance to assist in your efforts, as well as ongoing editorial support.

A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
The Appointee’s normal duties and responsibilities shall be given Bioinfo Publications Journals during the Appointment period. The Bioinfo Publications Journals shall reserve the right to vary and amend duties/responsibilities at any time at its sole and absolute discretion. The Appointee shall devote full commitment to the services and shall endeavor to the utmost in his capacity to promote the interest and good name of Bioinfo Publications Journals.
The Appointee appointment shall be subject to the provisions of the constitution, statutes, acts and rules and regulations of Bioinfo Publications Journals that may be amended from time to time and according to the Publications.
Below are some of the duties and responsibilities of Bioinfo Publications Editorials:
1. International help to promote the Bioinfo Publications Journals to authors, institutes/universities, conferences/seminars etc
2. Timely provide review comments on the assigned papers
3.Distribute CFP to conferences, websites and magazines
4.Recommend EBM and Reviewers for Bioinfo Publications Journals
5.Work to index Bioinfo Publications Journals in major indexers like ThomsonISI, etc.
6.Timely communicate with Bioinfo Publications Editorials
7.Work with Bioinfo Publications Journals to launch special issues
8.Others

B. BENEFITS
Below are some benefits that Bioinfo Publications Journals intend to provide to EBM:
1. Receive the some discount on the total publication charges of any BIOINFO journal covered by Bioinfo Publications Journals
2. Research funds to invite your colleagues to publish their paper in Bioinfo Publications Journals without publication cost (for special issues only)
3. Research funds to support the research publications of EBM in external journals/conferences (subject to the level of contribution)
